The proposed development of 27 new build homes is to be constructed on a vacant site previously occupied by Spring Cottage, a school or institution built in the 1970s to the east of Sutton-on-Hull.  Spring Cottage was built as part of the large-scale residential development that took place at the time to provide new homes for the growing city of Kingston-upon-Hull.  The site has now been allocated for new homes by Hull City Council.

For the client, the site provides the opportunity to establish a new brand of homes which will be taken forward to other sites.

The properties will be built to the highest standards amongst mature trees utilising a palette of contemporary materials, oversized overhangs to create depth and interest to the street scene and provide a welcome degree of quality to an undervalued area of Kingston-upon-Hull.
