On the edge of Bainton and in open countryside, the 2600 sq.m. site consisted of a large grouping of redundant farm buildings and barns occupying a raised area with wonderful views over the Yorkshire Wolds.
Taking inspiration from the architecture and features of the old barns, the scheme blended traditional elements with modern design, incorporating double height spaces where possible, creating a unique and rustic feel.
