Working with you
Initial Meeting
We meet with you to discuss ideas and the scope of the project
Sketch Scheme
We then prepare preliminary designs and a site layout (if needed) based on the brief from the initial meeting
Design Drawings
Once the scheme is agreed, we prepare a full set of drawings to enable a planning application to be made
3D Visuals
Where required, our 3D site layouts assist in the planning process and give visual context to the proposed design
Construction Drawings
Following planning approval, we develop a full set of detailed construction drawings to ensure compliance with the Building Regulations, enable pricing and for site use
Roads & Sewers Drawings
Where required, we also prepare a full roads & sewers package for approval by relevant statutory authorities
